Ruth is a leadership coach, speaker, and Army Master Sergeant with nearly two decades of experience leading teams in high-pressure environments. She has served as a Drill Sergeant and now serves as an instructor at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) for the ROTC program, where she helps shape the future leaders of the U.S. Army. Her greatest strengths include developing confident leaders, translating complex challenges into clear, actionable direction, and helping individuals align who they are with how they lead. She brings a practical, people-first approach grounded in real-world experience, accountability, and purpose.
Ruth works with Potluck Culture because its mission aligns deeply with her values and sense of purpose. She believes there is nothing more fulfilling than watching people discover who they are, grow in confidence, and realize they are capable of far more than they once believed. Supporting that kind of transformation is at the heart of why she does this work.
