Dr. Ranjit Nair founded Potluck Culture Solutions in 2010 to do just that – develop leaders to discover their authentic and true selves to make a “ding in the universe.” He has years of relevant experience serving some of the most prestigious global companies during his career and helping to build people-first businesses, teams, and functions while also successfully coaching and developing high-performing individuals and teams.
