decades of experience revitalizing luxury hotels and

resorts. As the President and Founder of Mosaic

Hospitality, he oversees an asset portfolio valued at over $300 million. His core skill set lies in strategic asset management, operational excellence, executive

recruitment and team mentorship, combined with a

deep commitment to community service. A dedicated

educator, he has also spent 15 years as an adjunct

professor, shaping the next generation of hospitality

leaders.
